Day 01: Arrival and Welcome in Kathmandu

Arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, Pick up at Airport and Drive to Hotel,  Overnight stay in a Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 02: Free Day in Kathmandu and Welcome Dinner

Free Day in Kathmandu for relaxation, shopping or short walks around the city and Welcome Dinner in the evening, Overnight Stay in A Hotel in Kathmandu

Day 3: Drive from hotel to airport, domestic flight from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur, Overnight stay in a hotel in Bhadrapur(B)
Day 4: Drive by Jeep from Bhadrapur to Mitlung via  Taplejung (approx. 7-8 h), overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 5: Trek from Mitlung to Sekathum (1,576 m) (5 - 6 h), overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)

Sekathum is a Tibetan village located in the Ghunsa Valley. If the weather is clear, there is a chance to see Mount Jannu (7,710m) at the end of the Ghunsa Valley.

Day 6: Trek from Sekathum to Amjilosa (2,510 m) (5-6 h), overnight stay in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 7: Trek from Amjilosa to Gyabla (2,730 m) (4-5 h), overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 8: Trek from Gyabla to Ghunsa (3,590 m) (6 - 7 h), overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)

The hike leads through rhododendron forests. In Phole there is a small wooden monastery with various old statues and thangkas from Tibet. Ghunsa is the largest village during the trek. At the entrance to the village there is a square chorten. Electricity is produced in Ghunsa by a small hydroelectric power station. Handmade carpets can be purchased in Ghunsa.

Day 9: Hike from Ghunsa to Khangbachen (4,100 m) (5 - 6 h), overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)

The path leads through a forest of larch and juniper along the east bank of the river. The views from Khangbachen are fantastic.Yaks roam and sometimes wild herds of blue sheep can also be seen.

Day 10: Hike from Khangbachen to Lhonak (4,785 m) (5 h), overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)

The landscape around Lhonak is an arctic desert. Sometimes you can see snow leopards and red pandas.

Day 11: Hike from Lhonak to Pangpema (5.140 m) and hike back to Lhonak (4,785 m),overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 12: Trek from Lhonak to Ghunsa, overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 13: Trek from Ghunsa to  Amjilosa (2,510 m), (6 - 7 h) Overnight in a simple tea house/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 14: Trek from  Amjilosa  to Sekathum (1,576 m) overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 15: Trek from Sekathum to Mitlung (921  m) (approx. 4-5 h) and overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 16: Drive by Jeep from Mitlung to Bhadrapur via Taplejung, overnight in a simple teahouse/ homestay (B/L/D)
Day 17: Flight from Bhadrapur to Kathmandu, Pick up at airport and drive to the Hotel, Overnight Stay in Hotel in Kathmandu (B)
Day 18:  Free day in Kathmandu, Overnight stay in a hotel in Kathmandu(B) 

Day 19:  Pick up at Hotel, Drive to Airport and Flight back to Home Country(B)
