Nepal Convivial abide by all rules and regulations as per the Privacy Act 2075(2018) of Government of Nepal.Sharing of customers personal information is strictly prohibited unless or otherwise customer information is mandatory pre requisite of various booking and reservation process in Nepal like hotel bookings, flight bookings and permit processing. We  do extremely appreciate  sharing of your confidential personal informations with us and our data protection system will 100% strictly prevent any misuse or third party sharing.

Processing of Personal Data:

Our website can accessed without providing any personal information, however you can voluntarily provide generation personal informations if you wish to book through the website. These personal datas are not shared with any other third parties without your prior consent , with a exception of other services providers having direct association with the tour program.

Please be informed that your personal datas like name, address and passport numbers are to be supplied to suppliers of your tour arrangements, airlines, hotels, transport companies and public authorities such as custom and immigration.

3.Use for Legal obligations:

Personal datas are used to fulfil any legal obligations related to your tour. Therefore, sharing of your personal datas are mandatory in various governmental entities like Nepal Tourism Board, Depart of Immigration, Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal, Nepal mountaineering Association and Authorities of National Park/ Conservation Area Entrances. Having all entrance permits and special permits from relevant authorities is mandatory to start the tour.
